Service Usage
Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and maintain proper conduct during the journey. Any illegal activity, misconduct, or damage to the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
Delays and Liability
While we strive to be punctual, Luxury Levels Transport is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to Bookings
Any modifications to bookings must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and approval.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights, appointments, or events.
