Cancellation Policy
At Luxury Levels Transport, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our operations.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made within the allowed time frame may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made close to the scheduled pickup time may be charged partially or in full.
No-Show Policy
If the client does not show up at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
